Coolant Expansion Tank Leaking

My tank just starting leaking, is it normal to happen at 105K miles? Is it safe to drive until replacement? Would it cause car to shake? Would it cause a P0456 code?

Safe is relative it won't kill you to drive the car but if all the coolant decides to leak out of the system (shouldn't happen but could) you could overheat the engine. This is why I replaced the tank on my car when I replaced water pump and hoses at 200,000 miles all as preventive maintenance. Even a later w203 is now old enough to start thinking about all the rubber hoses and plastics parts that have been exposed to the elements since new. A new tank can be had really cheap i bought mine on amazon it was some random brand that started with a "H" and it was a very good quality part for $25 I believe. Get it fixed ASAP. Engine shake and code are different issues.
