changing tires

I am confused, is it possible to replace 195/65 R15 with 215/65 R15 for c200k 2001?

You should be fine...assuming that the current tires aren't stretching already (which I'd highly doubt they are)

I am using inch bigger - 215/55 R16 in front and no problems even with suspension kit

If your tires are stretching now, the 215s would help. It depends on the width of your wheels. But, I agree, you should be fine.
