So I found this. It looks like they have a manual for pretty much every Mercedes sans the SLS.
I mean it doesn't have everything, but it does have a lot of torque specs and measurements.

I really just looked at the C-class section, but I took a few more glimpses and there seems to be a lot of information. Could be of use to at least someone, no?

Hmmm...I'll stick with the DVD.

I second that, my Star DVD and Haynes manual coupled with the EPC explode diagrams is more than complete
