Replace Parking Brake Adjuster?

Replace Parking Brake Adjuster?
Anyone have instructions on replacing the parking brake adjuster?
The spring that helps release the brakes has broken and by the looks of it the whole assembly needs replacing. I can't see a way to simply replace the spring.
This would be item #210 on the attached diagram, and the spring on the left fulcrum. You can see the spring not pushing on the lever anymore.
It looks like it needs to be replaced from the underside. Would the drivetrain get in the way?
Specific directions would be appreciated.

You can sneak it past everything but you really need a lift. I imagine it being seriously difficult to do on your back. You need to unbolt the gas tank to lower it a bit, and you also need to detach the rear exhaust from it's hangers and lower it down a bit.
