SLK seats in a c class?
I have seen some w171 SLK seats for sale. I was wondering if they will fit in a w203 c-class saloon and if the controls for the seat adjustment would still work?
also, would I be able to get the wind scarf to work as well?

Wind scarf is probably a no. The seats might fit, but I don't know if they'll properly bolt into the rails. The seat module should work, granted your 203 is MY2005 or newer.
