Seat Heater

Next question is the seat heaters not responding-no indicator lights in the switches when I press. Checked the fuses OK.
The car does respond to the traction switch in the panel with the seat heater switches.
What do I I'm check next?

Check to see if you are getting voltage at the plug under the seat that the heaters are plugged into. If yes then your heating elements are burned out. If no then you have to trace the issue back to the power source> switch, control module part #202 82 02 426 or maybe a relay if there is one? The module is expensive ~$260 discount or $350 at the dealer

i don't think that MB sells the heaters separate as they are stitched in to the covers and have to be replaced as whole which can get very expensive. if the unit is burned out then you can always put in a third party unit http://heatedseatkits.com/

Where is the connector?

I just stuffed some after market heating elements under my front seat covers and I have no clue into which outlet the factory pad plugs in. Most are colored so it can't be complicated.
I am not expecting much but anything would be better than nothing.
