lately, i have been hearing a whoosing sound every time i press the gas. i have no clue what it can be. it comes from the front right side of the car (at least it sounds like it). to be more in detail:

1. at a stop, i press the gas. i here the whooshing sound increase and increase (to 30-40 mph)

2. i take my foot off the gas pedal and the sound goes away (30-40 and slowing down with no brake)

3. however, at a full stop, i put the car in neutral and press the gas, i do not hear the whooshing sound.


i thought at first it could be some ice under the car or something, but i cleaned the car and still a sound is there. i'm out of ideas. service B is coming up and would like to fix it then instead of taking it again later.

any ideas what it is?
