Brake popping, where to start?
I recently changed my rear rotors, pads and replaced a busted caliper with a used caliper. Initially after the change I had some grinding when turning right, and figured it could have something to do with the pads but thought I could drive it off.
The grinding has stopped, but now, only when I am moving forward, in D or N, When I press the brake or let off the brake, there is a single "metallic pop." Similar to the sound of hitting the rotor with a ratchet. I am fairly confident it is coming from the rear brakes, but it is hard to tell.
