resetting windows???

resetting windows???
I have a 2001 C320 and the front passenger window stops working for a week and then it starts working again for a couple of days.

Right now it is not working again.

I read somewhere that resetting the windows will take care of this. IS this possible on the c320? Any advice?

hehehe I guess I want clear in my post. How do I reset the windows??

I have no idea on how to do this. I have looked everywhere in the manual and nothing.

The re-synchronization procedure is in the manual, but since it is so poorly organized I'm not surprised you can't find it. Roll the window down and hold the button for about 5 seconds, then roll the window up and hold the button for about 5 seconds.

Yes this syncs the windows. If anyone has a problem of just the window not AUTO Rolling up then just hold up the window button of the corrsponding window for a few seconds and it works.

would this work for a window that doesnt go up pr down. I mean, it is stuck in the up position.

all the others are fine.
