Do I need to buy new bolts/hardware when replacing control arms?
Searched around and couldn't find anything on this specific topic. I've read that the Mercedes suspension bolts/hardware are "single-use only." Does this mean I need to order new hardware when replacing my torque struts and control arms (which I plan to do soon)? If so, does anyone know where I would get that stuff?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Pretty much the only one who replace the hardware is the dealer and they definitely charge you for it. The control arms always come with the lock nut connecting to the steering knuckle and you reuse the bolt/nut in the bushing to subframe. If you are really worried about it, use some thread lock fluid on the hardware

When you purchase the control arms, the nut is supplied on the ball joint end. For the bushing end of the control arm I re-used the old nut & bolt. I know that places like RM European, AutohausAZ, etc. carry control arm (camber/castor) bolts. Just remember to have the suspension at normal ride height before torqueing bolts to spec. Good luck.

Single use only = replace it
When u do get replacement bolts/nuts for the frame side, get the repair bolts that are adjustable.
