hey all...here's a question. I went on carsdirect.com and saw that they were selling the car at $34,824 when the invoice is $37,024 and sticker is at $39,115.

Is there a rebate going on...if so, how much and for how long?

Also...in my previous mercedes experience there has never been a rebate...is this the 1st?

What do you think?

i saw a similar rebate on the acura CLs... but i thought that was b/c of the new CL w/ the manual shifter. $35k for the c320 wagon is a very good deal! too bad it's a little too late (not to mention we'd like all-wheel drive).

Edmunds.com is currently showing dealer cash back incentives for the E-class of $1500, E55 excluded, and $5000 or $7000 on the SL-class, Silver Arrow excluded. They are not showing anything for C-class wagons.
