P201D Self Adaptation of Mixture Formation (Fuel Trim)

Hey guys, I just managed to solve this one and I thought I'd share it with you guys in case anyone else's CEL pops on and this one comes up.

I've found cleaning the MAF Sensor fixes this error, as well restores a lot of the cars performance.
