Cruise Control

Hello everyone , I have a w203 , ( c200 2003) the cruise control does not work , the lever no signs of life , the instruments nothing error esp or other error, the star diagnosis not by any error .
can you help me? the lever nothing works.

Check the fuse first. If that's fine, try replacing the switch. Might've gone bad. There's a DIY for it in this forum.

mine works and doesnt show any indicator on the dash. Is it supposed to?

I assume you're driving a sedan.

Pull out the fuse map, tucked inside a piece of paper in the car. It's behind a side panel where the dash meets the driver's side door. Interesting enough, I don't see anything specific to the cruise control.

A bit of a wild guess, but I would start with the ones below.

Instrument cluster 42
Engine electronics 48, 53, 54

fuses are perfect , the car does not by any error , but the cruise control is dead , does not turn on even light limiter. help me!

The C200 is similar to a C320 here in the states. This tech article may be able to help, not 100% sure, assist you in replacing the stock if that is what you plan on doing.
