Oil leak in rear of engine. Please help!

So after much reading on this forum I was convinced it was camshaft sensors causing the leak. But today I pulled them and they were all 4 oil free. The oil is building up in the back of the engine. I have gone to the dealership but ofcourse they want my first born just to find out what it is. I thought I would come to you guys first to get an oppinon before I drop that kind of money. It's a 2006 C230 v6 2.5L. Here are the best pictures I could get of the problem. After the car warms up you can smell the oil burning. And if you pop the hood there is a little bit of smoke also. Please please help me. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Vacuum pump may be leaking...
There's a short hose connected from the vacuum pump to the intake elbow (along the firewall). Disconnect that at the intake and see if it is full of oil.

had a similar issue on an 06 230 I sold....replaced the 2 cam plugs (1 on each side) and the oil baffle/separator and it fixed my problem. Yours looks like it's more towards the center by the MAF --- similar like pcy said above, check the hose from the MAF to the oil separator (far left of engine) and see if it's full of oil. If so the baffle is prob failing. If not run your finger under the valve cover--could be that gasket also.

This is what I replaced--

2x A0009986590 cam cover/plug $2.93 ea
1x A2730100162 oil drip pan (baffle) $24
1x N000000003495 bolt for baffle .75c
1x A2720100631 housing cover for baffle $52.50
4x N000000003648 bolts for cover $1.50 ea
