Windshield Washer Fluid Bottle

Anyone else have this problem:
The windshield washer fluid bottle (filler neck portion) is attached with one screw. - The plastic area into which the screw is inserted has split in 3 and thereby allows the neck of the bottle to float freely in its immediate area. Sooner or later this will interfere with a vital moving part in the engine compartment.
Any ideas on how to fix / replace this part?
Should it be under warranty?

Thanks for your help!

It is covered by the warranty. I haven't had this problem, but others have.

It is covered

By warranty, I had the same problem although I am over 50,000 miles, they were to charge me 110$ CAN to fix so I just used tie-wraps and fixed it myself, the plastic looks really cheap and a friend of mine had the same problem on his 230 coupe, seems the cold/hot weather change causes this problem
