I know in the CL-Class each "Smart-Key" hold that particular drivers settings for seats, Mirrors, A/C, etc...
I would imagine that in the C-Class, the seat settings would at least be memorized into the Smart-Keys.
Just insert the Smart Key into the ignition and set your settings. Insert the other Smart Key, and do the same. Each Smart-Key now should hold the settingsthat were set while that particular Smart Key was inserted.
Test it out and let us know !

I don't have it but from the research I did I understand on the C230K you need to have the C1 (power memory front seats) option and this will work. Will also memorize the mirror angle.
Also, without C1 you don't get the pasenger side mirror that tilts down when shifting in reverse.
MB, this should be standard as it would be very helpful.
