-Service A Completed-

Just had Service A done at Keyes in Van Nuys! They pissed me off the last few times I had gone there but I decided to give them another shot.

I called my advisor and I took my car in. I told him if he could realign my car as well. He said he would do it this time but they normally charge $147! So I got a free one! So that’s pretty cool!

I picked up the car the next day and he told me they even fixed the center rattle that came from time to time. I forgot to inform him about this issue but I liked the fact that they did it without me requesting it. Very nice. Everything else was flawless and there is no more center rattle.

I am very pleased with my service. I talked to one of the salesmen there to kill my time. Seemed like a cool dude. Got some Coffee and just poked around the other cars in the showroom.

After I chatted with advisor for a bit I left the service Bay. I could feel the fresh oil and alignment making the car much smoother and tighter. It feels GOOD! I am one happy owner.

I was there yesterday (1/29) having my Girlfriend and I's C240 detailed and to have some work done to her mothers E320. They looked at us really weird cause two people that look no older than 16 (I'm 24 and she's 22) were picking up 2 brand new cars. :p

When were you there? I was there around 2 pm. Haha! Thats funny. I get some stares too from some of the people when I get out of my car. Now I dress a little more formal when I go to the dealers or else I don't get much respect. It has worked!

I was there at 8:30am to drop off the car, and at 4:30pm to pick up.

Ed, did you verify the amount of oil they put in with the dyno mode. My stealer claimed 8.5 when the dyno mode said 7.1.

Does modifying the suspension void that warranty?

I am not sure. But I have been told around 8 quarts as well.

"so what high school do you go to?" and i reply im finished with college already buddy. i did go to a dealership dressed before after a presentation, and they stared even more

Oh trust me I would definitely lash out at them. I hate every single one of those workers except my advisor. He is pretty Polite and helpful for the most part. The reason I don't say much I guess I am afraid they might **** up my car or something. Never know.

Oh I mean I don't just dress up and go to the dealers lol. Like I go from work so I am already properly dressed. Trust me I would not go out of my way to look good for servicing my car .

I put in between 8 and 8.5 quarts on every change. Don't forget that there is oil in the filter that does not register on the dyno mode reading. You shouldn't ever see more than 7.5 on the dyno mode display.
