C230 Engine Knocking Sound
Hi guys i am from Georgia(Europe) and i have problem on my MB W203 2007 C230
please help me
My car has 94 000 Miles on it, when it is in drive and i hit the gas paddle down to Kickdown and RMP passes 3k there is some knocking sound coming from the engine, when it is in parking and i hit gas paddle down to kickdown it doesn't have any sound even when it reach 6.5k RMP
if it's engine problem it should sound on parking as well right?
Sometimes engine light is on we have checked on diagnostics and it showed that camshaft position sensor must be replaced, can knocking sound of engine be caused by camshaft position sensor?
can it be intake problem?
As an oil i use ARAL 5W-40
