Alpine aftermarket steering wheel control
A friend recently told me of a part available through alpine europe.
It is the Alpine KCE-863B
This unit supposedly can be fitted with certain Alpine head units to allow you to once again use your steering wheel control.
Has anyone fitted one of these units or knows anything about them?
The pratts at caraudiodiscount.com were very very unhelpful.

As far as I know, this is the only one that exists. But I can't seem to find any Alpine retailer that can obtain this part. I don't even know if it will work the US Alpine headunits.

Audi's, a whole bunch of them
as for the alpine part here r the #'s c-coupe KCE-863b...for the e-class kce-868b, these two part #'s i know will work with the 9815 deck...not sure about any others although i don't think it makes a difference which deck you use as long as it is AI-NET...i don't think this part is avalible through ALPINE Canada..but should be in the US..let me know
