2004 C230 Intermittent Check Coolant/Wiper Fluid and Limp Mode

Then after a few days I started getting a check coolant. I read up on the faults through the forums and it says that the wiper fluid and coolant are sometimes on the same circuit so when one sensor trips it trips the other. I went ahead and purchased the coolant sensor and I am waiting for it come in.
However today my car has been going into a weird limp mode where it is not accelerating properly. The supercharger whines loudly through the acceleration but the car simply does not go. I was thinking it may be a vacuum leak of some kind but the thing is that it goes away once I turn off and start my car back up. Has anyone had this happen to them?
I am thinking that it may actually be the coolant being low and the car is going into limp mode to not damage the engine, but I am not sure. I would check the coolant but this just happened and my car is still hot so I do not want to open the reservoir.
Any input?
Sounds like you just have some bad contact or the fuse box has water inside it.
open the fuse and check for water first(use a flash light)
please get some electrical board cleaner first. remove fuse 54 (controls the fans, coolant sensor, water level sensor)in the from fuse box. (situated on the right side against the firewall under two plastic pieces...)
Spray electrical cleaner into the contacts and the top of the fuse box. ( the spray drys very quickly and doesnt leave a residue generally and removes corrosion)
Do the basics first before starting to swap out expensive parts.
