Question ABS, BAS, ESP came on after cleaning wheel bearings??

So today I was trying to track down a squeal that I heard when I turned left. Thought it was a wheel bearing breaking down. Decided to see if it was. The squeal ended up being my brake hardware rubbing on the rotor So I decided well might as well clean all the old lube off the wheel bearing while im down there and redo everything. Great all that was done and the car stopped squealing. But as soon as I started the car after putting everything together the ABS, BAS, and ESP lights came on. Thought well maybe the pad wear sensor was unplugged. It wasn't but I made sure it was snug. What else could this be? Did my brake light switch maybe go out at the exact same time I was doing all this? or it is something stupid like the squeal was from the hardware.
