I am having issues on start up that car will misfire after driving 30-60 seconds. After checking codes had multiple issues. I replaced Cam position sensors, All cam adjusters, Smog pump with relay, purge valve selenoid, and corrected a mis alignment of the engine cover. This cleared all the numerous codes. Now I only get the general misfire code. It always resloves if I stop car and re-start after driving. Car performs normal after that and usually averages >28mpg. Any suggestions for where I should go next for correction of this issue?

 

Did you replace any of the coils?

 

I replaced all plugs but no coils.

 

That would be my next step in the process.
