w203 c180 trunk fuse box problem
hi,
my car was giving code for fuel pump relay. so when i went to check the trunk fuse box it was fallen from its place and i noticed water coming on it from plastic trim cover on left spring of trunk.
i removed the carpet to fit the fuse box on its place. what i found was one cable is unplugged from fuse box and i have no idea where it goes. the fuel pump relay was faulty due to water . so i need help with these two issues...
1) .where does this cable connects.
2) how to stop water coming inside after car wash
thanks
disconnected cable is circled red

Out Of Control!!
Look at the connector------then look at the connectors already connected---- then look at any empty spaces that have the male connector that you are looking to connect---what do you see----I bet nothing as that connector may be apart of the harness that was never used(it looks very old and never connected)

As you can see in the photo this wire is with big red wire strapped up..as I said the fuse box was not fitted in its place and was hanging arround with support of these wires ... I am guessing it might be disconnected from one of the big plugs... But I don't know which one...as these cars are rare in my country otherwise I would have looked other cars wiring...I searched Google as well if I can find any photo of wiring but no luck.

Then the next step is easy---simply find the matching male end of the connector that is already connected---however I doubt that because those connectors are for wire ends not a male or female connector end!!
