Do you know if the e-brake can be ordered by itself? Already have the clutch, brake, and gas pedals as they came with the car.
Big Sheesh...you have auto tranny,... correct?
Feel towards the top of the pedal assembly, and you'll find a joint where it's pinned into the lever arm itself. Pop out that black plastic pin by compressing the end of the pin on the right hand side and pushing it out to the left. Make sure you check that you did not damage the pin. If you did, go get a new one. You really don't want this to come loose when you are driving. Very bad...
Pull the pedal aasembly towards you and gently pull off the rubber pedal at the edges. This will then leave a 'strap' like bit holding on the assembly. There is no need to cut this, as some may have recommended. Put some lube between this rubber bit and the pedal with your finger (Did your mother ever tell you that you have a dirty mind?). Now pull it up and it should slide off with minimal effort.
Lube the same 'strap' area on the new C7 pedal and slide it back done. Once don, then pull the edges of the pedal cover around and back onto the assembly. take the assembly and put it back onto the lever arm and line up the holes. Pop the pin back in from the left to the right.
Test the pedal by trying to move it sideways. If it doesn't then test back and forth. once done, you're good to go!
