HELP! Shifter Problem
Hi guys , im new in this forum asking for help , my Mercedes Benz C320 Classic 2003 got a problem in the shifter , it stucks , i cant move it passing the N , i just can select D and N when i try to move it to parking or reverse it stucks and dont let me do that , i got a used shifter from a c200 kompresor 2003 mercedes , like i see it matches the part number , but the other number located just next to the part No dont not match for 4 numbers only , will it work ?
here is the two pices numbers that i locate outside the shifter
Original (Broke):
A 2032676024 Q 03
02 265 0674 1 10972
New:
A 2032676024 Q 03
02 265 0235 1 10972
Will the new one fit my car and work ? if not , what can i do , my local mercedes dealer is just crap , they took like 4 hours just to remove the cover to get out the shifter and brreaking all the clips

The guy at my mercedes dealer says that it will not fit because the last number is the computer inside the shifter , something like that
