Are Euro Spec BiXenons Housings Different Size From US Spec?
Installed OEM BiXenons from MBenznl last night but I cannot get the passenger side bumper/fender clip to latch on. The driver side I was able to get but it looks like this clip is hitting the headlight housing not letting the clip go deep enough to line up with the Torx screw opening. Any ideas? Because otherwise I am just going to light the car on fire.

Check your headlight position. That is weird. I got my bi-xenons from MBenzNL and definitely did not have that problem. If one side went in fine, the second side should too?

Bet you didn't align the bumper properly on that troublesome passenger side,..... bumper has a U-shaped guide that need to slip in between BOTH of the little black plastic wheels near headlight side (as seen on screenshot of video below),.... if it's off and thus not properly aligned, then bumper-fender will be slightly off alignment and you won't be able to get that metal clip back on properly,....
