2007 C230 V6 Sport: Getting H&R Sways, 10mm or 12mm Endlink? Other questions also.

Hey Guys,

Trying to order H&R sway bars to compliment recently purchased Bilsten PSS coilovers. Planning on getting them both installed at the same time by my shop. They're a BMW only shop but do side work on my W203 as a favor to me.

So I noticed there are two rear bars, one with a 10mm hole and the other with a 12mm hole. Were certain years 10mm and other years 12mm? Or was it hit or miss?

For Adjustable endlinks, which brands are the best or most recommended? The company I was going to go with was Ksport, haven't had much success finding other companies.

For Rear Camber kit, I found Megan and K-Mac, leaning towards the K-Mac because of reviews on this site.

Front Camber Kit, No luck on finding anything.

The other plan is to get new top hats for the front coilovers, sourced them for a little over $100 and seemed worth it for peace of mind.

Anything else I might be forgetting or should be replaced while down there?

Background info:

Owned the car from 2007-2010, put on Tein Basic coilovers right away at 2k miles and the ride was decent. Put about 14k miles on it, and sold the car to my sister and removed ALL the modifications. I didn't remember the stock ride or feel of the car until I purchased the car back in 2015.

Fast forward to 2015, sister was trading the car in, now has 75k on it. They offered her $5k because of some cosmetic issues on the exterior. I gave her $8k for the car as I needed a decent daily, and at first drive the understeer and general "comfy" Mercedes ride was driving me nuts.

With plans to keep the car forever, I am planning on using the best parts on a budget, and the first obstacle is the suspension.

So, after doing more research and physically measuring the end link hole, I have a 12mm end link hole.

All AMG swaybar and sport models (C230/C350 sport) have 12mm end link holes.

All regular C-class models have 10mm end link holes.

It was a pain trying to find a company that makes 12mm adjustable endlinks, but I contacted HP Autowerks (http://www.hpashop.com/HP-Autosport-...-benz-w203.htm) and they were able to make me a set, although not cheap, they were the only option. They shipped quickly and have awesome customer service.

Getting the sway bars installed next week, will post a review of the coil overs and sway bars.

Disclaimer: I have no affiliation with HP Autowerks, I found them thanks to @C230_Mulac from a previous thread. Thank you!!!
