c200 kompressor w203
c200k limp mode,mysterious po2036

I have a Mercedes Benz c200 kompressor 2001 with m111.955 engine 163horsepower. I need help with engine management light coming every 1500kilometers. Weather here in finland is rough for cars (-32celsius yesterday) and everytime it gets a little colder my car loses powers,it doesnt pull anymore.
seems like it kills the kompressor, but i hear it whine. Goes into limp home mode i guess.

codes that car gives:
P200B airmassmeter (hot film)
P2006 intake airtemperature sensor
P2036 secondary air injection

i have cleaned airmass meter,no effect and it seems that when i disconnect the wires to airmassmeter/airflowmeter,RPM lowers for a sec and then car is just fine. like you didnt disconnect it at all, normal?

I also cleaned first valve in the secondary air injection system going to headers, and the farther one by blowing air on it while not disconnecting it.

everytime car stays couple of hours in warm garage,it pulls again. And you can feel the difference!

i have a diagnostic tool, every time i reset codes when they appear with the engine light, the powers come back. it has been a week since i last time had powers. the car is lazy but i cant reset codes because there are none of them? what is happening

there is a short rubber hose above kompressor between engine and kompressor.its cracked a little and i fixed it with silicone, the vacuum line coming to it from under is very loose too! can it affect powers? what do they do?

Thank you for reading and helping me beforehand. regards. Alex.
