Transmission oil flush
I'm ready to do a complete transmission oil flush on my 03 C320. Its got 110k miles. I'm looking for advice and any pointers that I should know about when proceeding with this service.
The process in which I'm thinking of tackling this process is by simply draining the transmission oil form the oil pan; then draining out the torque converter- all while replenishing the car with new transmission oil.
I've heard about disconnecting the return line that runs to the transmission. Any recommendations on whether I should proceed with this?
Any step by step instructions would be appreciated.

You haven't talked about the filter--remember if you don't drop the pan,after the drain you will still have about 2 liters of fluid left in the pan
I think for this exercise you should simply drain\drop the pan add a filter and drain the torque converter---then add 5 liter start the car----get it up to 80C and with the tool add the appropriate amount of fluid---knowing the capacity of the system is 7.5-8.0 liters.

Found this to be very informative when I changed my tranny fluid. Though he doesn't mention any info about draining the TQ. Maybe a member can chime in and help you on that. Hope this helps.

If you want to flush all the fluid you need to do it from the
trans cooling line at the radiator. Change the trans connector orings while you're in there.

Don't get confused an pour the tranny fluid into the crankcase like some
