Head unit wiring diagram and radio code?
I've been searching around and I can't find what I need. I have a 2003 C240 with the factory basic stereo. I bought a bluetooth cassette adapter and it actually works amazing, I was beyond impressed with how I thought it was going to sound. The only part that's bothering me is the battery life and the sound of the heads running in the head unit, I found a few mods online of people taking apart the head units, removing the cassette assembly all together and soldering in the bluetooth receiver within the cassette adapter, using the heads 5v power source as the power for the adapter so it can all be 100% hard wired in, now I know this works, it's a real thing, what I don't have though is the proper wiring diagram to know which wires are left and right speakers off of the cassette heads inside the head unit.
Now with some testing I can easily figure this out myself which if a wiring diagram doesn't exist it's not the end of the world, but like my old Acura TL, if the battery is unhooked or the headunit removed, it locks itself and a radio code is required to unlock the radio to be used again, we don't have a mercedes dealer here so I need to know if there's a code for these head units and if there's a way I can find it myself so I don't lock myself out of the radio and have to drive 9 hours to the closest dealer to have it unlocked without a stereo lol

So far the only information I've found is this thread and in there I found this link which has given me all of the wiring information I need regarding the inputs.
I also found quite a few threads saying these cars have theft security when the battery is unhooked and there may be a procedure to unlocking the radio if it's removed for too long or the battery is unhooked for too long. Can anyone confirm if this is true or not before I start digging into it and get stuck without a radio?
