2005 C230 1.8 oil pan removal
Hi all,
I inherited a very nice 2005 C230 1.8 with 22K original miles. Unfortunately it was driven over a rock and cracked the oil pan. The cracks are small and I was thinking I could remove it and take it to a welder to be repaired. I have the pan broken loose and the transmission lines removed. I unbolted the mounts and jacked the engine up from the bell housing. I need to know what else needs to be removed or disconnected to gain additional clearance. Thanks for any help you can give me.
