Kleeman header review
1. Initially I couldn't tell much of a difference in terms of power. But after a day or so the car feels like a monster. Not a drastic change but stronger.
2. With windows up could tell much difference in sound. But with Windows down the sound is improved and noticeable. Actually I was revving the car in the garage and my fiancé got pissed off so I guess that's a thumbs up :-)
3. Fit and finish look outstanding in the engine bay.
4. After the install I got a check engine light and pulled a p0030 code. Seems like that is an open circuit for the front o2 sensor. I checked the sensor and it looks banged/bent up, which must have occurred during install. Taking it back to my mechanic Friday. I assume the air-fuel ratio is not optimized, and once it's fixed I will get better performances
5. I'm also cognizant of a potential p0420 code l, but I used an o2 sensor spacer so I hope that will work.
6. Friday I will get the o2 sensor fixed, plus get a second cat delete, as well as bilstein shocks. Then will retune with eurochanged tuner.
Then my creation will be complete wish me luck!

I have the Kleeman header, ECU, and boost kit installed at Kleeman USA in Colorado Springs, CO back in 2007. They gave me before and after dyno performance, which I posted in these forums some time ago. You may have to do a search but its there.
My car is still pulling strong, coming up on 125,000 miles. I couple of issues with the cat and Kleeman took care of me. No codes in about 8 years now.
