2007 c280 4matic rotors

wife car is due for new pads and she was told she needs rotors also. are there any disadvantages to buying after market rotors such as brembo or others vs original OEM rotors?

I have heard many people replace oem with brembo. brembo are also a lot less expensive

thanks

I've used Brembos before without any issues, I also have used low dust pads. I'm about to do my front pad and rotors next weekend and plan on going with Brembo Disc and Akebono pads.

I checked TireRack for my 07' C280 but they only have rears, I have to check over at Pelican and see if they carry them.
