Crazy A/C issue

Crazy A/C issue
Hi everyone.
I have an issue that's driving me nuts.
Recently i felt that the cold air when AC is turned on is not that cold.
So i took it to a car service and ran a diagnosis. Found out that Freon level was lower than half ( should be 850 gr ) . However the machine showed there's no leakage ( How does that make any sense ? ) . I drove away and air was pretty ok. A few hours later i started feeling that the cold air is no longer cold. Next day it wasn't cold at all. Just regular air blown from the vents.
Took it to the same service again. Connected it to the machine and this time 300 gr were missing. Recharged. Again was showing no leaks.
However this time air kept being hot.
Tested the compressor and it was getting electricity.
Today I went to a second service that has STAR Diagnostics. No errors what so ever related to the compressor but shows low gas levels.
Can anyone make any sense of this ? How can it leak within a few hours and the machine still shows no leakage and 100% sealed system ?
Any ideas/ help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Out Of Control!!
You are correct there is a leak, however not leaking while the engine not running, however once on the road vibrations start and the leak occurs---FYI there are all sorts of leak test available-----do one or have a shop do one and on your system once all the unions are inspected you should see the residue surrounding your leak!!

I had a similar situation. My indy charged the freon. The air was cold for about a week then nothing. Then he charged it again, this time injecting a dye. Then wiped all the connections where the freon travels. The following week when the cold air was out again, he checked the hoses with his UV light, found the leak and gave the the part to buy. Bought the hose from genuinemercedesparts.com , he replaced it and I've had cold air since. It's been over a year. Hope this helps.

Recharged today with dye.
Lost 300 gr in two days.
Compressor works fine.
Drove 14 km back home with A/C opened to the max ( level 6 ) . Got nothing more than coldish vent air... In the past with A/C at levels 3 or 3.5 i couldn't stay in the car for more than a few minutes...
