PLEASE HELP..Going to buy rims tomorrow

ok look i got a really good deal on some 19" wheels but what i would like to know is if a 32 offset is good and will fit right (the guy at the shop told me it was for a clk)? im not shure on the offset in the back but the wheels are super nice. please let me know..

I am running 19x8.5 f with 235/35/19 and offset of 32 and 19x9.5 r with 265/30/19 and offset of 32. Plus I have H&R sport springs installed.

Offset 32 will most probably fit, but u say last time that u have a H&R coilover, u might need a lower offset to be able to drop your coilover to the maximum point.
