Hi guys, I am having steps motor problem with my 2003 w203 and need to remove the center console. However I am stucked with removing the rear AV blower cover. I know u need to use flat screw driver to open it but i cant seem to do it.

can someone please explain more in detail or maybe making a video for me? many thanks
