sorry, did not know it was in yet...I now remember you saying they sent the wrong one...but also sent the wrong shifter but you liked it and kept it right?
Your first shifter....was the leatehr boot all the way from the base over the top of the shifter or did the boot have a break in it with a chrome ring and then a shifter above the chrome ring....I ask because PP post "install" photos of a shifter that looks nothing like mine where the person has to cut the leather boot off....
