Shell gas vs my fuel trims

Fuel trim video clip
https://youtu.be/6Q8kloXaZYo

Problem:
Normally i use QT fuel, they have nicer bathrooms. But shell was closest today and BAM i went from 3% LT to 11% LT in about 5min. WTH! I always noticed shells prices where higher. So naturally i thought higher quality. Is this a common shell problem?

Parameters:
ive used premium gas since 1989. Car runs fine. MPG is down from 33mpg to 29mpg.

Hmmm strange...I exclusively use shell, and actually I noticed a drop in mpg recently when pipeline issues forced me to use valero since all shell stations were out.
That being said, using a certain brand for a long time will set a "sweet spot" for your engine, and a different brand will immediately change that. Different gas brands use various proprietary additives in their gas, so 93 shell and 93 QT are chemically similar but not identical. Heck, 93 shell in Texas is probably a little different from 93 shell in Idaho...
My personal preferences: 1. shell 2. BP 3. chevron 4.Exxon
In the past year and a half I have gotten gas from the same pump at the same station except for the recent shortage.

Could it be the difference between summer and winter mixtures?

I was kinda thinking about The "sweet spot" theory . But I didn't think it would be so dramatic a change .
