Are 03 C240 & 02 C320 Springs interchangable?

Are 03 C240 & 02 C320 Springs interchangable?
Hi,

I have H&R Springs on my 03 C240. I want to put it back to stock height but no longer have the OEM springs. Can anyone tell me if 02 C320 springs would work on my car and/or if they are the same?
