O2 Sensor problems

C-class W203, 180 compressor. 2003 model. Stationswagon.
O2 Sensor problems
After I replaced both O2 sensors and erased the fault codes, I get these following fault codes:
- 2022-4: Heating of component G3/1 (O2 sensor downstream TWC), Open circuit in wiring [P0141]
- 2021-4: Heating of component G3/2 (O2 sensor upstream KAT), Open circuit in wiring [P0135]
- 2038-1: G3/1 (O2 sensor downstream TWC), short circuit to ground [P0137]
- 201C-1: Selfadaption of mixtue formation, The mixture is too rich in the part load range [P0172]
These codes appear over and over again after being erased.
Any suggestions?
