When can a California Res buy a used 05 CDI?
I'm picking up my 05 E320 CDI at the factory on May 24th. I was wondering what the law is regarding a California resident buying a used 05 diesel?
I have been going to Stuttgart twice a year and would pick up another one around December or January if my 05 could be sold at a good price by that time.
I would think a lot of California residents would like to have this new car if it could be purchased.
