I was driving from Tucson to Phoenix yesterday and found out my cruise control was not working. The ACCEL SET was not working, but all the other controls were fine. Could set the cruise control when I used the DECEL SET, but that is it. RESUME worked fine. Has anyone else had this sort of problem? I am taking the car into the dealer next week to get it looked at.

 

Had a similar problem on one occasion. Cruise failed completely. Stopped the car, switched the ignition off/on, cruise function was restored. This fault has not reoccured. I did not report this fault to MB.

 

same thing happened to me and i turned the car off and then everything was fine. hasnt happened since.

 

I've tried everything and still not working. I dont know if there is a separate fuse for each cruise setting. I would not think so. If the fuse was blown, then I would think all the other settings would not work. Oh well, I have an appointment with the dealer, it's still under warranty, so I will let them deal with it.
