After market radio
I bought the c240 with an after market radio and missing the amplifier from the trunk. My question is would the pioneer bran name radio work I bought an amplifier for the car's model?

unless there was originally a Bose sound system with subwoofer, there is no amp in the trunk. Everything is in the oem head unit.
Your message is not very clear. What amp exactly did you buy? What model head unit is in there? Do you know what speakers are in the doors? is there still a subwoofer under the rear deck?

there is an after market Pioneer radio with a small remote control but did not work. The fuse is ok. I looked in the right side of the trunk and found many loose wires not connected to anything, therefore I suspected some sort of amplifier is missing.
what I just need is for the radio to work. there is an original mercedes cd changer in the glove compartment.
