Heating problem

hello.
I have a problem with the heating station wagon W203 03l. Is it possible some here and tell me where is located the valve for the flow of water in to cabine coolant. no spinning water. the two tubes are actually cold so I suspect the valve that opens the flow water. Its possible fault may be on the control panel in the car? the problem is now its so ****ing cold. Sorry for my English.
Thank and have a nice day

Are you referring to the thermostat?

Termostat work properly. You know maybe where is the valve for open and close hot water from engine to inner cooler.
