W203 CDi suddenly stops
Greetings benz lovers!
I'll go straight to the point...
My car: W203 CDi 90 KW - 2003
Issue: Since this winter my car started to just turn off, with no other symptoms. This happens while idle-ing (at 800 rpm) and recently (yesterday, after 200 km) at low rpm's while driving (when taking a turn for example) - 1000 - 1500 rpm. Also, I must add the fact that the rpm plays a little bit when idle-ing, like +/- max 100 units - I would describe this like a "shaking".
And of course I have the check engine warning which I will take care of in a couple of days.
Any thoughts or suggestions? What could possibly make it run like this?
(This week-end I am planning to clean the EGR pipe to see if something changes)
