2006 Mercedes CLK 350

I just purchased a 2006 CLK 350 Mercedes and before I could drive it hme the coolant message came on (Cooliant...visit workshop). I had the collant level check and there was plenty coolant. Whar dxoes this message mean?

2001 C180 W203
My C180 does the same. Probably the electric radiator fan does not operate. Check the engine temperature on the display while driving for safety. Also refer to manual for fault description. My message goes off when car is out of traffic and natural cooling takes place.
