Major Repairs
Recently Purchase 2004 C240 wagon that has mechanical problems. I am in the process of replacing the following.
1. Ordered new intake manifold from Pierburg as well as new throttle body.
2. Ordered new injectors as well as fuel pump and fuel sending unit - gas gauge sits at 3/4 full.
3. Already replaced Secondary air pump, alternator, battery as well as new air filter housing from dealer.
4. Exhaust system was tested and is fine.
5. Fuel Filter as well.
Once I finish this work, I need a vacation.....Car is in nice condition body and interior wise, mechanical side wasn't taken too much care of.
Oh and I need a new key fob and I have been having a heck of a time trying to find a clone copy and someone to program it. Dealer wants about 300 dollars or so with programming fee......

Also had to replace shifter bezel,boot and knob for auto atx. Mercedes has a new part number out that includes all in one kit. Also inclues shifter indicator as well. New design with the modern Mercedes logo.......
