m271 rubber seal found in valve train

c 180 w203 m271 2003
m271 rubber seal found in valve train
hi

my m271 slipped timing chain, open up valve cover found 5 x broken rockers and this red square rubber seal. No compression on all intake cylinders, presume all or most valves bent

Any one know where red seal could have come from?????

My best guess this is from intake manifold.

It's quite small though, compared to a lighter in the background... Maybe a dust/water gasket from some connector?

thanks vvf you put me on right track, seems to fit intake crank shaft position sensor, must fallen in removing manifold
