C230 lost all Electric during OBD2 scan
My 2002 C230 lost all electric power during an OBD2 scan yesterday. I have disconnected the battery (for a full day) and reconnected.. The power was lost when my scan tool was attempting first communication after I input the vin number... I have checked all fuses in the underhood panel on the drivers side.. they're good.. I'm at a loss.. Ideas anyone?

The battery is charged and this thing is still dead??? Is there a fusible link or anything similar that I need to know about?

Check all the other fuses too, incl the rear sam and the dash fuse panel. You must have popped a fuse somewhere
