Driving in comfort mode today I got on the gas on a parkway, I got on the gas pretty hard and the RPMs went unusually high to around 5000 rpm and then downshifted. From that point on the engine sounds noticeably deeper (even idling) and louder, and the shifting is now occurring roughly at 1000 tons higher than usual. The car seems to be driving OK. What caused the change in the engine sound and should I be concerned? And if it's a memorization of comfort mode driving how can I reset it? Thanks !
